Vitamin D improves calcium absorption. Cal-Quick contains no milk or milk products and is approved for milk allergy sensitive individuals. Sugar free. No artificial colors. Liquid calcium is absorbed faster than hard calcium tablets. Cal-Quick goes to work quickly in the stomach. Calcium tablets, on the other hand, need binders to hold them together.
