Calcium 1,200 mg (1.2 g) 120%(as Calcium Carbonate).
Inactive Ingredients:
Croscarmellose, Cellulose Coating,Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) or two (2)tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Calcium and other minerals can affect the absorption of many medications.
