INDICATIONS:
Munchkin Healthflow White Hot Safety Spoons make feeding time safe and easy! Pediatricians advise that the ideal baby food temperature is 98.6 degrees F (37 degrees C) which is the temperature of breast milk and the body. Microwave ovens and boiling water can quickly overheat baby's food. Munchkin's White Hot Safety Spoons turn white when baby's food is too hot (approximately 110 degrees F/43.3 degrees C or above). Safe and non-toxic. If the spoon turns white, baby's meal is too hot. Durable stainless steel handle reaches the bottom of any bowl or jar. Soft coated tip is gentle on baby's tender gums. For 6 months+.
DIRECTIONS:
To use: Dip spoon into baby's liquid or food and stir for 10 seconds. If spoon turns white, allow food to cool. Repeat until spoon does not change color. To clean: Wash in hot, soapy water and rinse. Dishwasher safe. Do not boil or steam sterilize. Most infant utensils can become discolored or stained from certain foods, such as carrots, squash and tomato based baby foods. While Munchkin's bright colored spoons help hide food stains, some discoloration may still occur. Discoloration will not impede the performance of the White Hot function.
