Sodium Monofluorophosphate (15% W/V of Fluoride Ion).
Inactive Ingredients:
May Contain Calcium Carbonate; Calcium Carrageenan; Cellulose Gum; D&C Red #30 Lake; D&C Yellow #10 Lake; FD&C Blue #1 Lake; FD&C Green #3; Flavor; Glycerin; Hydrated Silica; Peg-8; Sodium Benzoate; Sodium Bicarbonate; Sodium Lauryl Sulfate; Sodium Saccharin; Sorbitol; Titanium Dioxide; Water.
DIRECTIONS:
- Adults and children 2 years and older:
- Apply toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
- Brush thoroughly after meals or at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or physician.
- To minimize swallowing for children under 6, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing until good habits are established.

Children under 2 years:
- Ask a dentist or physician.
- Avoid storing at high temperatures (greater than 100 degrees F).
- Protect from freezing.

For Healthy Teeth and Gums:
- Start with a professional cleaning and brush at least twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste like Aquafresh Extra Fresh for great results.
- When brushing, tip the brush against the gumline. Brush gently back and forth with short-scrubbing strokes. Be sure to brush all the surfaces of your teeth.
- Floss daily. When flossing, be gentle. Use the floss to scrape up and down the sides of each tooth. Dont saw.
- Have regular dental checkups.
- Avoid sweet snacks between meals.
