The package was fine. |
| I ordered 2 of these. When I haden't received my order when indicated in my e-mail, I checked the tracking number. UPS had been given the incorrect mailing address so I had to give the correct information and wait another day for my package. When I finally rec'd these, neither trimmer worked. Dead!!! I called AmericaRx and they said they would send me a return shipping address label and refund me. I ask for an exchange, seeing as how I still wanted this product- I just wanted one that worked, and was told that this product was not avaiable at this time! Overall, with this bad experience I will probably not order from AmericaRx again. I could understand if it were one defective item, that happens. But neither of the trimmers worked and they couldn't replace them. I just hope they follow through with the actual refund. |

Bad business ethics |
| I will not ever order from this company again. It has taken 6 weeks to get a refund for an item that did not work. With that, I did not even get the full refund. Bad way to do business. |
