Creatine Fuel Loading Drink is scientifically designed to maximize creatine uptake by skeletal muscle to produce saturation of the muscles with this energy producing substance for enhanced performance. Taken after high intensity weight training exercise, this product can also speed recovery and produce a hormonal environment plus enhance muscle cell hydration that, preliminary studies suggest, may be favorable to protein synthesis and muscle growth. For maximizing creatine uptake to muscle, drink 4 servings daily for 5 days, and then maintain 1 serving daily, preferably immediately after exercise. DIRECTIONS:
