Iron (as Ferrous Sulfate) 28 mg 156%.
Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Croscarmellose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Cellulose Coating, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
WARNINGS:
- Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product.
- Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, optic nerve problems, gout, a blood disorder, folate or iron deficiency, anemia or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES.
