- Niacin helps maintain healthy functions of the nervous system, digestive system and skin.

Niacin is a B-Vitamin that is part of a coenzyme needed for energy metabolism.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Niacin 100 mg 500%.
Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose, Cellulose Coating, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
CAUTION:FOLLOW LABEL DIRECTIONS. Do not take more than 500 mg of niacin per day or switch to more than 250 mg of time release niacin per day, except under the supervision of a doctor.
WARNINGS:
- Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product.
- Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, optic nerve problems, gout, a blood disorder, folate or iron deficiency, anemia or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES.
- Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as acne, skin flushing or irritation, increased urination or swelling.
