Active Ingredients:
Vitamin E 1,000 IU 3,333% (as dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate and d-Alpha Tocopherol plus d-Beta, d-Gamma and d-Delta Tocopherols).
Inactive Ingredients:
Gelatin, Soybean Oil, Glycerin.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with a meal.As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
