Vitamin E 400 I.U. 1,333% (as dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate and d-Alpha Tocopherol).
Inactive Ingredients:
Gelatin, Glycerin, Yellow Beeswax, Lecithin.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with a meal.
