INDICATIONS:
Childrens Tylenol Plus Multi-Symptom Cold Liquid With Grape temporarily relieves minor aches and pains headache, cough, sore throat, stuffy nose, temporarily reduces fever.
Childrens Tylenol Plus Multi-Symptom Cold Liquid
- Fever Reducer.
- Pain Reliever.
- Nasal Decongestant.
- Cough Suppressant, Antihistamine.
Childrens Tylenol Plus Multi-Symptom Cold With Grape Contains 4 ingredients:
- Fever and Sore Throat- Acetaminophen.
- Stuffy Nose - Phenylephrine HCl.
- Cough - Dextomethorphan HBr.
- Sneezing and Runny Nose - Chlorpheniramine Maleate.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
In each 5mL= 1 teaspoon: Acetaminaphen (80mg) (Pain reliever/Fever reducer), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (1 mg) (Antihistamine), Dextromethorpan HBr (5 mg) (Cough Suppressant), Phenylephrine HCI (2.5 mg) (Nasal Decongestant).
Inactive Ingredients:
Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Cellulose, Citric Acid, FD&C Red 40, Flavors, Glycerin, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate, Sorbitol, Sucralose, Xanthan Gum.
DIRECTIONS:
- Shake well before using.
- Use only with enclosed dosing cup specifically designed for use with this product. Do not use any other dosing device.
- If needed, repeat dose every 4 hours; do not use more than 5 times in 24 hours.
Dosages:
- If under 48 lbs and Under 6 years of age: Consult a Doctor.
- If 48- 95 lbs and 6 - 11 years of age: 2 tsp or 10 mL.

Store between 20-25C (68-77F).
WARNINGS:
- If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.
- Ask a doctor before use if the child has heart disease,high blood pressure,thyroid disease,diabetes,persistent or chronic chough such as occurs with asthma.cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus).glaucoma.
- When using this product do not exceed recommended dose.
- Stop using this product and ask a Doctor if:
- Nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occur.
- New symptoms occur.
- Pain, nasal congestion or cough gets worse or lasts for more than 5 days.
- Fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days.
- Redness or swelling is present.
- Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if the child is taking sedatives or tranquilizers.
