INDICATIONS:
PediaCare Long Lasting Cough Plus Cold For Children, Grape Flavor Liquid temporarily relieves symptoms due to the common cold,nasal congestion,cough.

Cough Suppressant, Nasal Decongestant.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
In each 5 mL: Dextromethorphan HBr (7.5 mg - Cough suppresant), Pseudoephedrine HCI (15 mg - Nasal decongestant).
Inactive Ingredients:
Citric Acid, Corn Syrup, FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 40, Flavors, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Sorbitol.
DIRECTIONS:
- Find the right dose.
- If needed, repeat dose every 6-8 hours.
- Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.
- An AccuDose measuring cup is enclosed for your convenience.
Dose:
- Children 6 to 11 years of Age - 2 teaspoonfuls (10mL).
- Children 2 to 5 years of Age - 1 teaspoonful (5mL).
- Children under 2 years Consult a doctor.

Store at room temperature 20-25C (68-77F).
WARNINGS:
Do not give to a child who is taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you are uncertain whether your child's prescription drug contains an MAOI, consult a health professional before giving this product.
Ask a doctor before use if the child has: a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma,heart disease,high blood pressure,diabetes,thyroid disease.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
- Nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur.
- Cough persists for more than one week, tends to recur or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache.A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition.
- Symptoms do not improve within 7 days, or are accompanied by fever.
- Do not use if carton is opened, or if plastic bottle wrap imprinted Safety Seal is broken or missing.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- When using this product do not exceed recommended dosage.
