                        | | Cane was wonderful. Rubber cane tip was dried out, and didnt stay on. So far Americarx.com has not made any effort to help me. |
                        | I ordered this cane, and was very happy with the cane itself, It was the best wooden cane I have found The rubber cane tip however, came dried and will not stay on the cane. I have sent 3 emails and made 3 phone calls, and so far Americarx.com has not responded to my requests for help, except to say "send it in for a refund" I dont want to spend postage to return a cane that I like. I would like the tip that was promised in the product description. |
