INDICATIONS:
Benefiber Fiber Supplement Chewable Tablets are an easy way to add fiber to your diet.
These great tasting orange creme tablets provide as much fiber per dose as the leading bulk fiber powder, but because there's no need for water or mixing, you can take them virtually anywhere, anytime.
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Dextrin, Sorbitol, Corn Starch, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dextrates, Citric Acid, Flavor, Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Sucralose, Aspartame, Acesulfame Potassium, FD&C Yellow 6 Lake, FD&C Blue 1 Lake.
DIRECTIONS:
Adults: Chew 1 to 3 tablets up to 5 times daily to supplement the fiber content of your diet. Do not take more than 15 tablets in a 24 hour period.
Store at controlled room temperature 20-25C (68-77F). Protect from excessive heat and moisture.
Age Dosage:
- 12 yrs to adult 1-3 tablets up to 5 times daily.
- 7 to 11 yrs 1/2-1 1/2 tablts up to 5 times daily.
- Under 6 yrs Ask your doctor.
