INDICATIONS: Fleet Phospho Soda Bowel Cleansing System : for use as part of a bowel cleansing regimen in preparing patients for surgery or for preparing the colon for x-ray or endoscopic examination. For colonoscopies or other medical procedures. Easy, complete & convenient.

Fleet Phospho-Soda EZ-Prep Bowel Cleansing System Contents:
- 2 Bottles of Fleet Phospho-soda Unflavored, 1.5 fl oz (45 ml) and 1 fl oz (30 ml).
- 2 Lemonade flavor packets (.07 oz each).
- 1 - 12 fl oz mixing cup.
- 1 Patient instruction sheet.
INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients: Monobasic Sodium Phosphate in each 15 ml - 7.2 g , Dibasic Sodium Phosphate 2.7 g.
Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water , Sodium Benzoate , Flavor .
DIRECTIONS: Open and read enclosed directions and labels at least 24 hours, preferably 48 hours in advance of the examination.
Follow each step and complete all instructions or the entire x-ray or endoscopic examination may have to be repeated. Do not take this product until you have read the complete bowel cleansing instructions in the enclosed insert. If your doctor has provided you different directions, follow them exactly.
Dose 1: Add powder from flavor packet (Lemonade Flavor) to mixing cup. Fill cup with 12 fl oz of cold water (to the 12 fl oz fill line). Mix well. Add 45-mL bottle of Fleet Phospho-soda (or amount directed by your doctor. Miss well and drink all contents of the mixing cup. Immediately drink another full mixing cup of clear liquid. Drink a minimum of two (2) additional full mixing cups of clear liquid before taking Dose 2.
Dose 2: Add powder from flavor packet (Lemonade Flavor) to mixing cup. Fill cup with 12 fl oz of cold water (to the 12 fl oz fill line). Mix well. Add 30-mL bottle of Fleet Phospho-soda (or amount directed by your doctor. Miss well and drink all contents of the mixing cup. Immediately drink another full mixing cup of clear liquid. Additional clear liquids may be taken until 3 hours before your procedure.
- Adults and children 18 years and over - 30 to 45 mL per dose.
- Children under 18 years - Do Not Use.
Do not take more than 45mL (1.5 fl oz) per dose. See Warnings. Never take more than 1 bottle at one time.
- 15-mL contains: Sodium 1668 mg.
- This product is sugar free.
- Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanin 43 mg per flavor packet.
- This product generally produces a bowel movement in 30 minutes to 6 hours.
- Chill this product in the refrigerator to improve the taste.

Do not freeze.
WARNINGS: Flavor packets contain phenylalanine.
Do not use this product unless directed by a doctor. Taking more than the recommended dose in 24 hours can be harmful. before using this product for bowel cleansing, make sure that you have talked to your doctor about your health and warnings about use of this product as a bowel cleanser. Follow the special directions form your doctor exactly. Take the dose your doctor has recommended. Drink as much extra clear liquids as you can to replace the fluids you are losing during bowel movements: minimum 72 fl oz.
Do not use if you have congestive heart failure, if you have serious kidney problems, or in children under 18 years of age. Ask a doctor before use if you are: under a doctor's care for any medical condition, or on a low-salt diet.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any other prescription or non-prescription drugs. Ask a doctor before using this product if you have abdominal (belly) pain, nausea, or vomiting, a change in your daily bowel movements that lasts more than 2 weeks, or already used another laxative daily for constipation for more than 1 week.
Stop use and ask a doctor if you have any rectal bleeding, do not have a bowel movement within 6 hours of taking this product, or have any symptoms that your body is losing more fluids than you are drinking. This is called dehydration. Early symptoms of dehydration include - feeling thirsty - dizziness - urinating less often than normal - vomiting. These symptoms may be signs of serious problems.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
