INDICATIONS: Niferex Elixir medicine is a mineral used to prevent and treat iron deficiency. Niferex Elixir is an essential body mineral. It is caused by certain types of anemia. Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach; however, occasional gastrointestinal discomfort (such as nausea) may be minimized by taking with meals. Iron-containing medication may occasionally cause black stools, constipation, or diarrhea, which is usually transient and self-limiting.
DIRECTIONS:
The dose of these medicines will be different for different patients.
Adults-1 to 2 teaspoonfuls daily.
Cilhldren-1 teaspoonful daily.
WARNINGS:
Niferex Elixir may cause your stools to darken. This is normal and not a cause for concern.
Use Niferex Elixir with extreme caution in Childern.
Some medicines or medical conditions may interact with this medicine.
