Lip liner application tips :
- To define lips, select a shade the same color or slightly deeper than your lipstick or lip gloss, and apply the lip line. Fill in with lipstick or lip gloss just covering the liner.
- To make too-full lips look smaller, cover your lips with foundation and powder. Then, line slightly inside your natural lip liner.
- To make thin lips look fuller, line just very slightly outside your natural lip line. Fill in with lipstick or lip gloss, just covering the liner.
