INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg) (Antihistamine), Dextromethorphan HBr (15 mg) (Cough Suppressant).
Inactive Ingredients:
Carboxymethalcellulose Sodium, Citric Acid, FD&C Red 40, Flavor, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Polyethylene Oxide, Polyoxyl 40 Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Citrate.
DIRECTIONS:
Use dose cup or tablespoon (TBSP). Do not exceed 4 doses per 24 hours.
- Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 TBSP (30 ml) every 6 hours.
- Children 6 to under 12 years: 1 TBSP (15 ml) every 6 hours.

Children under 6 years: ask a doctor.
Each tablespoon contains sodium 30 mg. Store at room temperature.
WARNINGS:
Ask a doctor before use if you have glaucoma, a sodium-restricted diet, a breathing problem or chronic cough that lasts or as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema. Cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus) or trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate gland.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a sedative or tranquilizers.
When using this product do not use more than directed. Excitability may occur, especially in children, drowsiness may occur, avoid alcoholic drinks, be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery, alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness.
Stop use and ask a doctor if: symptoms do not get better within 7 days or are accompanied by a fever, cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back or occurs with fever, rash or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
