Vitamin B-12 is also an important contributor to nervous system health and helps maintain proper metabolic functioning. These tablets are designed to release Vitamin B-12 in your body over a prolonged period of time, so you can continue to benefit throughout the day.

INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin 2000 mcg, Calcium 160 mg as dicalcium phosphate, phosphorus as 124 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:
Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Mannitol, Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein, Soy, Coconut and High Oleic Sunflower Oils), Microcrystalline Cellulose (Plant Origin), Silica.
DIRECTIONS:
Take one tablet daily with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal.
