INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients:Per Tablet: Heat Treated Sodium Bicarbonate 958 mg; Citric Acid 832 mg; Potassium Bicarbonate 312 mg. Contains Principally the Antacids Sodium Citrate and Potassium Citrate. Inactive Ingredients:A Tableting Aid.
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve Alka-Seltzer Effervescent Antacid in 4 oz of water before taking. ADULTS: 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed. CHILDREN: 1/2 the adult dosage or as directed by a doctor.
WARNINGS: Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are presently taking a prescription drug. Antacids may interact with certain prescription drugs. Stop use and ask a doctor if you have taken the maximum dose for 2 weeks. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
