INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients:(in each scoop - 10.7g): Methylcellulose 2g (a non-allergenic fiber) (Bulk-forming)), Aspartame (sweetener), Cocoa Powder with alkali, Corn Syrup Solids, Dipotassium Phosphate, Maltodextrin, Mono and Diglycerides, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Nonfat Dry Milk powder, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent), Sodium Caseinate (a milk derivative), Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Oil.
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill glass with at least 8 oz. of cold milk or water.
- Empty one scoop into the filled glass of milk or water.
- Stir briskly for 15 seconds. For best results, mix in a blender or shaker.
WARNINGS: Choking: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
