Per Caplet: Magnesium 500 mg; Magnesium Oxide; Cellulose; Croscarmellose Sodium; Polyvinyl Alcohol; Crospovidone; Stearic Acid; Titanium Dioxide; Magnesium Stearate; Polyethylene Glycol; Silicon Dioxide; Talc .
DIRECTIONS:
For adults and children 12 years and older. Take 2 to 4 caplets daily, preferably all at bedtime, or individually throughout the day. Drink a full glass (8 oz) of liquid with each serving. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Children under 12: Ask a doctor before use.
WARNINGS:
Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Ask a doctor before use if you have kidney disease, stomach pain, nausea or vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over 14 days.
