INDICATIONS:
Tears Renewed Ophthalmic Solution For use as a lubricant to prevent further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose 0. 3%, Dextran 70 0. 1%, Benzalkonium Chloride 0. 01 (Preservative).
Inactive Ingredients:
Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Edetate Disodium, Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide to Adjust pH, Purified Water, USP.
DIRECTIONS:
Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s), as needed.
WARNINGS:
To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after using. If you experience eye pain, changes in visions, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor. If product changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use. Keep this and all drugs keep out of the reach of children. For use in the eyes only.
