- Simply mix the medicated dosing spoon in the hot or cold beverage of your choice and powerful relief is on the way.

Available in daytime and nighttime formulas.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Take only as directed. 2. Remove spoon from protective wrapper. 3. Peel back lid completely from spoon. 4. Stir spoon in four to eight ounces of hot or cold beverage (tea, juice, soda) or take directly from spoon. 5. Mix for 30 seconds or until uniform. 6. Lick remaining medicine off spoon. 7. Discard protective wrapper, lid and spoon. 8. Take one dose (or spoon) every four hours as needed. 9. Adults and children 12 years and over, one dose every four hours. 10. Do not exceed six doses every 24 hours.
