INDICATIONS:
Micatin Antifungal Spray Powder Unscented proven clinically effective in the treatment of athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm.
Relieves itching, cracking, burning, scaling and discomfort that can accompany these conditions.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Contains: Miconazole Nitrate (2%).
Inactive Ingredients:
Alcohol SD40 (10%), Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Talc, Propellant: Isobutane/Propane.
DIRECTIONS:
Clean the affected area and dry thoroughly. Shake can well before using. Hold can about six inches from the area to be treated. Apply a thin layer of Micatin Antifungal Spray Powder over affected area twice daily (morning and night) or as directed by a doctor.Supervise children in the use of this product. For athlete's foot, pay special attention to the spaces between the toes; wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes, and change shoes and socks at least once daily. For athlete's foot and ringworm, use daily for 4 weeks; for jock itch, use daily for 2 weeks. If condition persists longer, consult a doctor. This product is not effective on the scalp or nails.Store at room temperature. For occasional clogging, remove button and clean nozzle with a pin.
WARNINGS:
Do not use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a doctor. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs or if there is no improvement within 4 weeks (for athlete's foot or ringworm) or within 2 weeks (for jock itch), discontinue use and consult a doctor.Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Flammable: Do not use near a flame or spark or while smoking. Contents under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate or store at a temperature above 120 degrees F. Use only as directed. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling aerosol products can be harmful or fatal.
