INDICATIONS:
Use Cortaid Maximum Strength for the temporary relief of itching associated with minor skin irritations, inflammation, and rashes due to seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, poison ivy, poison oak, or poison sumac, insect bites, soaps, detergents, cosmetics, jewelry, and for external feminine and anal itching.
Cortaid Maximum Strength 1 % Hydrocortisone Anti Itch Cream relieves itches and rashes due to:
- Seborrheic Dermatitis.
- Eczema.
- Psoriasis.
- Poison Ivy, Oak and Sumac.
- Insect Bites.
- Soap.
- Detergents.
- Cosmetics.
- Jewelry.

INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Hydrocortisone (1.0%).
Inactive Ingredients:
Aloe Vera Gel, Benzyl Alcohol, Ceteareth 20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Isopropyl Myristate, Isostearyl Neopentanoate, Methylparaben, Mixed Fatty Acid Esters, Polyoxyl 40 Stearate, Purified Water.
DIRECTIONS:
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
Children under 2 years of age: Do not use, consult a physician.
Adults:For external anal itching, when practical, cleanse the affected area with mild soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly by patting or blotting with an appropriate cleansing pad. Gently dry by patting or blotting with toilet tissue or a soft cloth before application of this product.
Children under 12 years of age: For external anal itching, consult a physician. Store at Room Temperature, protect from freezing. See end of carton or tube crimp for lot number and expiration date.
WARNINGS:
For external use only
Do not use
- in or near the eyes
- by putting directly into the rectum by using fingers or any mechanical device or applicator
- for external feminine itching if you have a vaginal discharge
- for diaper rash; ask a doctor.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are using any other hydrocortisone product When using this product for external anal itching, do not exceed recommended daily dosage unless directed by a doctor
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
- condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days.
- symptoms clear up and return within a few days.

rectal bleeding occurs.
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
