- 171-200 lbs. 2 Slim-Fast Meal Combinations, 2 Snacks, 3 Fruits or Vegetables and 1 Sensible Meal.
- Over 200 lbs. 2 Slim-Fast Meal Combinations, 1 Snack, 4 Fruits or Vegetables and 1 Sensible Meal.
2 Slim-Fast Meal Combination: A 2 Slim-Fast Meal plus a healthy (about 150 Calories) food choice such as a mini pizza, half sandwich or an egg and toast.
Snack: A between-meal tasty (about 120 Calories) food choice.
Sensible Meal: Fill 1/2 your plate with vegetables, 1/4 with lean protein and 1/4 with starch, preferably whole grains (about 500 Calories).
