Simple, effective removal of plantar warts primarily found on the sole of the foot. Often painful due to walking and applying pressure to the affected area, plantar warts are often covered by a thick callus. A controlled, continuous delivery of medication is administered with each application. When used as directed, the nonirritating formula is gentle on surrounding skin
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Per Patch: Salicylic Acid USP 15% (In Natural Karaya Gum Base) .
Inactive Ingredients:
Polyethylene Glycol 300 USP; Propylene Glycol USP; Quaternium-15.
DIRECTIONS:
Recommended application: at night before retiring 1. Wash affected area. Dry area thoroughly. Gently smooth wart surface with emery file supplied. 2. Peel patch from clear strip, leaving top blue plastic film in place and trim to wart size. Important -Patch must be trimmed carefully to completely cover wart, but not to come in contact with unaffected surrounding skin. 3. Apply a drop of warm water to wart, keeping surrounding skin dry. 4. Apply medicated patch at bedtime, blue side up, sticky bottom side to wart. 5. Secure patch in place with tape enclosed in kit. Remove patch in morning (after about eight hours) and discard. Repeat steps one through five every 24 hours until ware is completely removed (up to 12 weeks). Visible improvement generally occurs during the first several days of treatment. Complete removal may be expected after 3 to 12 weeks of use. .
WARNINGS:
For external use only. Do not use this product on irritated skin, or any area that is infected or reddened, if you are a diabetic or if you have poor blood circulation. If discomfort persists, see your doctor. Do not use on moles, birthmarks, warts with hair growing from them, genital warts, warts on the face or mucous membranes. Discontinue use if excessive irritation of surrounding skin appears. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Not recommended for children under two, except on the advice of a physician.
