DIRECTIONS:
1. Wear an old button-down shirt. It's easy off before rinsing color in the shower. 2. Use white towels, which are easy to bleach if stains occur. 3. Put a little moisturizing cream around your hairline to keep color off skin. 4. Rub talcum powder on your hands so gloves slide on and off easier. 5. Use a timer so hair color timing is accurate. 6. Start timing after applying hair color, not before. 7. Use a damp, soapy cloth to wipe up spills. 8. Don't toss those gloves. You'll need them to check hair color or, when retouching, to work color through hair. 9. For even hair color results, put color on the ends last. They tend to absorb more hair color so they may need less time than your roots.
