MAGnesium Oxide 400 mg Dietary Supplement Tablets is a dietary supplement to increase daily intake of magnesium; for relief of acid indigestion and upset stomach.
Antacid: Relieves acid indigestion, upset stomach.
Magnesium Supplement: As a daily source of extra magnesium. The importance of normal magnesium intake. Essential mineral needed by every cell in your body. Helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function. Helps keep heart rhythm steady. Helps maintain normal blood pressure. Helps maintain bone strength. Helps in the absorption of calcium and potassium.
Signs of a magnesium deficiency: depression, abnormal heart rhythms; muscle and leg cramps; migraines.

Antacid: Per Tablet: Magnesium Oxide 400 mg USP.Magnesium Supplement: Per 2 Tablets Magnesium 482.6 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:
Colloidal Silicon Dioxide; Crospovidone; Ethylcellulose; Magnesium Stearate; Poloxamer; Polyethylene Glycol; Each Tablet Contains 241.3 mg of Elemental Magnesium.
DIRECTIONS:
Antacid/Magnesium Supplement: Take 2 tablets per day with food or as directed by your physician.
WARNINGS:
Consult a physician before use if you are taking a prescription drug. If you are pregnant, nursing a baby, or have kidney disease, consult a physician. May have a laxative effect.
