INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Amount per serving of 2 capsules: Magnesium as Magnesium Oxide : 500 mg. Cinnamon (bark) Cinnamomum cassia 1000 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:
Gelatin, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take two (2) capsules twice a day, preferably with meals.
WARNINGS:
Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, diabetes, allergies, ulcer or acid reflux, heart problems or if you are taking any prescription medications including medications to control blood sugar.
