Chelated Calcium And Magnesium With Zinc Tablets, By Natures Bounty contains Calcium which is the primary mineral responsible for strong bones. The body also uses Calcium for proper muscle contraction and nerve function - and obtains this Calcium mainly from the bones. Calcium and Magnesium play essential roles in maintaining proper bone mineralization. Calcium and Magnesium are also involved in muscle contractions and nerve impulses. Zinc is essential for cell division and growth.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate and Calcium Gluconate) 1,000 mg 100%, Magnesium (as Magesium Oxide and Magnesium Gluconate) 500 mg 125%, Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate and Zinc Citrate) 25 mg 167%.
Inactive Ingredients:
Cellulose (plant origin), Croscarmellose, Titanium Dioxide Color, Cellulose Coating, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) to three (3) tablets daily, preferably with a meal.
