DIRECTIONS:
Instruction for Wearing the Brace: Open package and remove brace from sealed plastic bag. Discard plastic bag. Pull brace around waist, under clothing, with the logo visible in the front. Tighten the brace by pulling the right brace flap over the left flap across the abdomen, and secure using tab under right flap.
Instructions for Use with Icy Hot Pro-Therapy Therapeutic Disks: Place brace on flat surface with the web compartment facing up. Insert an Icy Hot Pro-Therapy disk into one or both of the web compartment. Position the brace under clothing, around the waist, with the therapeutic disks on the inside of the belt, next to the skin and covering the lower back. Tighten the brace and disks by pulling the right brace flap over the left flap across your abdomen, and secure using the tab under the right flap.
Care Instructions: Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Allow to air dry. Do not put in dryer.
