DIRECTIONS:
- For Healthy Teeth and Gums: Start with a professional cleaning and brush at least twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste like Aquafresh Fluoride Protection and a toothbrush for great results. When brushing, tip the brush against the gumline. Brush gently back and forth with short-scrubbing strokes. Be sure to brush all the surfaces of your teeth. Floss daily. When flossing, be gentle. Use the floss to scrape up and down the sides of each tooth. Dont saw.
- Have regular dental checkups. Avoid sweet snacks between meals.
- Change your toothbrush regularly. Dentists recommend at least every 3 months.
