Introducing Comfort Shield, the first adult incontinence care washcloths that relieve and protect against minor skin irritation associated with perineal dermatitis (diaper rash). Right from the package, each disposable washcloth is soaked in a dermatologist-tested formula to deeply cleanse, moisturize and deodorize, while blanketing skin with an effective, dimethicone barrier. This powerful, long-lasting shield absorbs quickly into the skin, locking out wetness and sealing in protection. It's transparent and goes on light, so there's no struggling with messy, hard-to-remove barrier creams. Cleans, Treats & Protects. Relieves minor skin irritation due to incontinence. One Step clean up, moisturizer, deodorizer and skin protectant barrier. Helps seal out wetness. Washcloths: Rayon/Polyester Blend, Disposable.

Active Ingredients:
Washcloths are impregnated with a solution containing 3% Dimethicone.
Inactive Ingredients:
Water (Aqua), Glycerin, PPG-15, Stearyl Ether, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Stearic Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Gel, Stearyl Alcohol, Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
DIRECTIONS:
Remove wet and soiled garment. Cleanse soiled area using a fresh washcloth. Close container after use to prevent cloths from drying. Use as often as necessary, especially if prolonged exposure to wetness is anticipated. For individual use only.
WARNINGS:
Do not attempt to heat this package or individual cloths. For external perineal use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. If condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days, consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Do not flush washcloths in toilet.
