Per 1 mL Dropperful: Vitamin A 1500 IU; Vitamin D 400 IU; Vitamin E 5 IU; Vitamin C 35 mg; Thiamin 0.5 mg; Riboflavin 0.6 mg; Niacin 8 mg; Vitamin B6 0.4 mg; Vitamin B12 2 mcg; Glycerin; Water; Polysorbate 80; Ascorbic Acid; Niacinamide; d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acid Succinate; Sodium Hydroxide; Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium; Vitamin A Palmitate; Thiamine Hydrochloride; Methylparaben; Sodium Benzoate; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride; Cholecalciferol; Cyanocobalamin; Ferrous Sulfate; Natural and Artificial Cherry Flavor; Natural Orange Flavor; Citric Acid.
DIRECTIONS:
Shake well before using. Fill enclosed dropper to 1.0 mL line. Dispense liquid into baby's mouth, or mix with formula, cereal, juice or other food. Use full dosage. Use daily.
WARNINGS:
Do not exceed 2 doses per day. Keep this product out of the reach of children.
