Melatonin 3 mg Night Time Sleep Aid Tablets - Inspired by the natural rhythm of life, Melatonin is perfect for people experiencing occasional sleeplessness, those with jet lag or anyone seeking to improve their quality of rest.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Per Tablet: Melatonin (as n-Acetyl-5-Methoxytryptamine) 3 mg.
Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate; Cellulose (Plant Origin); Vegetable Magnesium Stearate; Vegetable Stearic Acid; Silica; Croscarmellose.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) tablet, only at bedtime as melatonin may produce drowsiness. Do not exceed 3 mg in a 24-hour period.
WARNINGS:
- Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product.
- Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, optic nerve problems, gout, a blood disorder, folate or iron deficiency, anemia or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES.
- Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as acne, skin flushing or irritation, increased urination or swelling.
