Vitamin B-12 2,500 mcg 41,667% (as Cyanocobalamin).
Inactive Ingredients:
Mannitol, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Natural Cherry Flavor, Croscarmellose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily. Place tablet under tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
