INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Vitamin B-12 500mcg (as cyanocobalamin) 8,333% ; Calcium 50mg 5%.
Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate, cros-carmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
1 Caplet up to 6 times per day (3000 mcg per day).
