Inactive Ingredients:
Gelatin, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.
DIRECTIONS:
For Adults, take one (1) capsule mid-morning and one (1) capsule mid-afternoon with a full glass of water. Follow enclosed diet plan.
