INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Dextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide.
DIRECTIONS:
Adults: Take 3 caplets up to 3 times daily to supplement the fiber content of your diet. Swallow with liquid.
