INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Acesulfame Potassium, Ascorbic Acid, FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 40, Flavor, Glycerin, Hydroxylated Lecithin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Modified Starch, Pectin, Sucralose, Water.
Inactive Ingredients:
Benzocaine (2 mg) (Oral Anesthetic/Analgesic), Menthol (2 mg) (Oral Anesthetic/Analgesic). .
DIRECTIONS:
Adults and children 5 years of age and older: Take 2 Strips per dose only. Remove one Strip from the dispenser and place on back of your tongue to dissolve in the mouth. Use a second Strip immediately after the first one dissolves. May be repeated every 2 hours as needed or as directed by a doctor or dentist.
Children under 5 years of age: Consult a doctor or dentist.
Other Information:
- Store at 68-77 Degrees F (20-25 Degrees C).
- For best results keep unopened dispenser inside of blister packet.
- Protect from moisture and avoid heat and humidity.
- Do not keep in pocket for extended period of times.
- Check expiration date before using.
WARNINGS:
Sore throat warning: Severe or persistent sore throat or sore throat that occurs with high fever, headache, nausea, and vomiting may be serious. Ask doctor right away. Do not use more than 2 days or give to children under 3 years of age unless directed by a doctor.
Do not use if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine, or other 'caine' anesthetics.
When using this product do not use more than directed.
Stop use and ask a doctor if
- Sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days.
- Irritation, pain or redness persist or worsens.
- Swelling, rash or fever develops.
- Difficulty in breathing occurs.
If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for pain is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
