INDICATIONS:
Tylenol Cold Severe Congestion with Cool Burst Daytime Non-Drowsy Caplets gives you multi-symptom relief-plus an instant cooling sensation you'll feel right away and relief for cold congestion.
Contains 4 Medicines:
Acetaminophen - headaches & sore throat, Guaifenesin - Chest Congestion, Dextromethorphan HBr - cough, Pseudoephedrine HCl - nasal congestion.
Temporarily relieves these cold symptoms:
- cough.
- sore throat.
- minor aches and pains.
- headaches.
- nasal congestion.
- helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive.
- Temporarily reduces fever.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Acetaminophen, Guaifenesin, Dextromethorphan HBr, Pseudoephedrine HCl.
DIRECTIONS:
Do not take more than directed
Adults & children 12 years & over:
- Take 2 caplets every 6 hours as needed.
- Swallow whole - do not crush, chew or dissolve.

Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours.
Children under 12 years: Not intended for use in children under 12. Ask your doctor.
WARNINGS:
Sore throat warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.
Do not use: In a child who is taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, emotional conditions or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your child's prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before giving this product. With any other product containing acetaminophen.
Ask a doctor before use if the child has: Heart disease, High blood pressure, Chronic cough that lasts as occurs with asthma, Thyroid disease, Diabetes, Glaucoma , Cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus).
When using this product: Do not exceed recommended dosage; taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may not provide more relief and may cause liver damage, Drowsiness may occur , Excitability may occur, especially in children
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
- New symptoms occur.
- Fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days.
- Redness or swelling is present.
- Nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occurs.
- Pain gets worse or lasts more than 5 days.
- Cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back or occurs with fever, rash or headache that lasts (these could be signs of a serious condition) .
Keep out of reach of children. Overdose Warning: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away . Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
