Milk-Based Concentrate.
INGREDIENTS: .Water, Enzymatically Hydrolyzed Reduced Minerals Whey Protein Concentrate (From cow's milk), Vegetable Oils (Palm Olein, Soy, Coconut, High-Oleic Safflower), Lactose, Corn Maltodextrin, Less Than 1.5%: Potassium Citrate, Potassium Phosphate, Calcium Chloride, Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Chloride, Copper Sulfate, Potassium Iodide, Manganese Sulfate, M Alpina Oil (Source of Arachidonic Acid (ARA)), Vitamins (Sodium Ascorbate, Inositol, Choline Bitartrate, Alpha Tocopherol Acetate, Niacinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin, Vitamin A Acetate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid, Phylloquinone, Biotin, Vitamin D 3, Vitamin B 12), C. Cohnii Oil (Source of docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)), Taurine, Nucleotides (Cytidine 5- Monophosphate (Naturally found in breastmilk), Disodium Uridine 5'-Monophosphate, Adenosine 5 - Monophosphate, Disodium Guanosine 5'-Monophosphate), L Carnitine
DIRECTIONS: Use as instructed by your doctor. Your baby's health depends on carefully following these direction for preparation and use.
- Boil clean preparation and serving utensils, then cool.
- In a separate container, boil water then cool to 100F (40C).
- Clean can top, Shake Well, and open.
- Pour equal amounts of formula and water into bottle.
- Cap bottle, Shake Well and feed baby immediately. Discard formula left in bottle after feeding.
Storage: Refrigerate and use prepared bottles within 24 hours. Cover open formula, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. Store unopened cans at room temperature. Avoid extreme temperatures.
WARNINGS: Warning: Never heat a bottle of formula in the microwave. Microwaves create hot spots in the liquid that can burn your baby. Instead, heat a bowl of water in the microwave or on the stove. Then, place a filled bottle in the bowl of warmed water and let it stand a few minutes. Gently shake the bottle to distribute the warm formula. Before feeding it to your baby, put a few drops on your wrist to make sure the formula is only barely warm.
