DIRECTIONS:
Mixing Instructions: Each packet should be blended with 255 ml (8-1/2 oz) water to make a 300 ml serving of standard dilution diet.
For Blender Mixing:
- Measure the total water needed in the blender.
- Start blender at slow speed.
- Slowly add contents of the Tolerex packet(s).
- Blend at high speed until in solution, 30-60 seconds. For oral use, add flavoring, e.g., Vivonex Flavor Packet(s).
- Pour into container and label.
For Manual Mixing:
- Add contents of one Tolerex packet to 60ml (2 oz) water in a one pint or larger container.
- Stir or shake until lumps break up.
- Add 195 ml 6-1/2 oz) more water and stir or shake until in solution. For oral use, add flavoring, e.g., Vivonex Flavor Packet(s).

Pour into container and label.
Storage: When mixed, Tolerex may be refrigerated for up to 48 hours and left at room temperature for up to 8 hours. Store unopened powder at room temperature.
