WARNINGS:

- Do not use on injured or irritated scalp.
- Do not use on bleached hair or permanently colored hair that is breaking, splitting, otherwise damaged or within two weeks of permanent color application.
- For touch ups, apply onto the new growth as described in the instructions.
- If relaxer causes skin irritation, rinse immediately and wash with neutralizing shampoo supplied in the kit.
- If irritation persists or if hair loss occurs, consult a physician.
- Do not use on hair that has been permanently waved.
- Keep away from eyes and mouth. If a product gets into eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with water and consult physician.
