INGREDIENTS: Malto Dextrin, Oat Fiber, Guar Gum, Gum Arabic, Citric Acid, Natural and artificial flavors, Soy Fiber, Oat Bran, Fruit Pectin, Psyllium, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Ascorbic Acid, Aspartame, Vitamin E Acetate, Niacinamide, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3, Beta Carotene, Chromium Protienate, Pyrodoxine HCI, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Artificial color (Yellow 6) and Folic Acid.
DIRECTIONS: Take once a day. Add one rounded tablespoon to six ounces of cold water or preferred beverage, stir and drink. Follow with glass of water immediately afterwards. After one week of allowing your system to adjust to the fiber, take up to 3 servings a day, as needed. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts.
