INDICATIONS:
Metamucil Coarse Milled Original Texture Orange Flavor Fiber Supplement Powder is a Dietary Fiber Supplements. Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 7 grams of soluble fiber per day from psyllium husk, as in Metamucil, may reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol. One adult serving of Metamucil Powder has 2.4 grams of this soluble fiber.

DIRECTIONS:
Adults 12 years and older:
- 1 rounded TABLESPOON Coarse Milled Original Texture Orange Flavor in 8 oz of liquid 3 times daily.
