- Temporary relief of occasional minor irritation, pain, sore mouth, and sore throat in adults and children ages 5 and up.
Formula 44 Custom Care Sore Throat provides fast acting relief using the right mixture of medicine and a pleasant taste to ease you through your worst sore throat pains.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Benzocaine (10mg) (Oral anesthetic / analgesic), Menthol 10 mg (Oral anesthetic / analgesic).
Inactive Ingredients:
FD and C Yellow No 6, D&C Yellow No. 10, Flavor, Glucose, Simethicone, Sucralose, Sucrose, Water.
DIRECTIONS:
Adults and Children 5 years and over: allow one lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth. Children under 5: ask a doctor. Children under 2: do not use.
WARNINGS:
Do Not Use: If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinsons disease) or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains MAOI, ask a doctor of a pharmacist before taking this product.
Ask a doctor before use if you have: Cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus). Persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema.
Stop use and ask a doctor if: Cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
