DIRECTIONS:
- Peel adhesive backing off of heel liner , product will not be effective without an adhesive application.
- Position heel liner against back of shoe so that the heel grip sides slope downward.
- Ensure product is placed in a comfortable position.
- Adhesive will permanently set after 15 minutes.
